Worked in one of the top 10 largest insurance companiesin Russia in the competition area of law. This included preparation oflegal documents, motions and requests, lawsuits, responses to courts of variousinstances (first instance, appeal and cassation), complaints and responses tocomplaints to the Federal Antimonopoly Service, consultancy work with relatedbusiness units on application in the sphere of competition law when enteringinto contracts with corporate customers. Direct participation in court sessionsof the first, appeal and cassation instances, as well as in the process ofconsideration of the Federal Antimonopoly Service complaints.

At the time ofwork, has successfully conducted most complicated competiton proceedings in thearea of tenders and procurements at the Federal Antimonopoly Service andarbitration courts, which allowed the company to earn more than $2 million intotal.
